Israeli radio targetted Iran with shortwave broadcast.
Sixty six-year-old Amir left his home town of Tehran 47 years ago to come to Israel and has since worked as a broadcaster at the Voice of Israel service in Farsi, which is beamed via short-wave into Iran.

Israel Radio International is the official “Voice of Israel” known as Kol Israel. They’ve been broadcasting as such since 1948. There are a number of feeds available.in a wide range of languages. Some of the stations in Israel are targetted towards newcomers and that covers a wide variety of language content.

Radio Australia (Australia Broadcasting Company (ABC)) has been broadcasting for about 60 years in the South Pacific in key regional languages. Their Chinese broadcasting began during World War II.

Another broadcaster with a long history in shortwave, and now online. This is Deutsche Welle, the German National broadcaster. Their English language home page can be found here. They have a choice of 30 languages (at their page.)
There are a variety of different audio programs available. (Audio and TV as well)
