Broadcast-live.com Live Online Broadcast Directory
Broadcast-Live.com is a massive directory of online sites with live streaming video or audio content. They categorize everything by genre (music/sports/news/talk/etc.) and language of the content. Additionally, the list both television, raidio and newspaper media in their links. (Nice to see the newspaper media linked.) The site also has a sister site of Broadband-television.com where high quality tv feeds are indexed. Now, this differs a bit from some of the other online media directories….
Where many directories try to deeplink directly to the streams themselves (which these days seems to be a constant struggle…) They simply give information on each media source: name, location, language, genre and homepage address. So you, get a link directly to the front page of these broadcasters and have to find the radio/tv link from there.
I should note that there are links on the main page to the latest news from several of the international broadcasters: BBC, VOA, CBC, Radio Russia, NHK. It’s probably not as thorough as some resources. (Compared to beelinetv.com it’s a bit disappointing.)
I haven’t gone through thoroughly though and compared, but I suspect you may find some resources through this directory that you might miss elsewhere which is why I mention it.
