Google Reader and RSS feed Strange Behavior
It’s been about a week or so since I moved this site out of the averyjparker.com server space, but I did noticed a strange side-effect of the move for those of you viewing the RSS feed of the site through Google Reader. It essentially mixed the rss feed of this site and the averyjparker.com domains rss feed. I suspect that google tried to check the feed during the 4-5 hour window during which this site was in transit, wound up redirecting to the averyjparker.com/feed address and cached the information. So, you will see new posts on this feed replace the non-site related posts, but it may take some time for the other sites feed items to be “bumped” off the list. The server move was necessary to plan for the growth of this site (as well as the other site.) Sorry for any confusion it may have caused.
